hello, goodbye.

At the beginning of the month, I made the long trip over to Hong Kong for my maternal grandpa’s funeral. The trip was a quick one and I was sick the entire time because of a nasty cold bug I caught the weekend prior to leaving. If I remember correctly, this was my eight trip to Hong Kong but it was the first trip where I’ve had to stay in a hotel, which was an interesting change. What was great about this trip was to see relatives from my mother’s side all in one place, even if it was under these circumstances.
